Wenhey Marketing Insights is an internal business intelligence application developed for our self-operated products. It is used exclusively by authorized company personnel and is not offered to customers, business partners or other third parties. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and safeguard information obtained through our website, services and internal use of Wenhey Marketing Insights.
When authorized company personnel connect a company-controlled Google account to Wenhey Marketing Insights, we receive an authorization token and the information covered by the approved permissions. Wenhey Marketing Insights connects only to Google Ads accounts owned and operated by our company for advertising our self-operated products. The data may include company account information, campaign information, campaign settings, advertising performance metrics and reporting data. We do not receive or store the user’s Google password.
Wenhey Marketing Insights does not connect to, access, retrieve or process Google Ads accounts or advertising data belonging to our customers, business partners or any other third party.
Wenhey Marketing Insights uses Google user data solely to analyze the advertising performance of our company’s self-operated products through internal BI analysis, operational analysis and reporting. It is not used to retrieve, view or analyze data for customers, business partners or other third parties. We do not sell Google user data, make it available to external parties, use it for personalized advertising, or transfer it for advertising, credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. We may share information only in the following limited situations:
Google user data retrieved by Wenhey Marketing Insights relates only to company-owned and company-operated advertising accounts. It is not sold, rented, provided to customers or otherwise shared with unrelated third parties. Access is restricted to authorized company personnel with an internal business need. Data may be processed by infrastructure service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or disclosed when required by law.
