These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to our website, global mobile marketing services and Wenhey Marketing Insights. 1. Service Overview

We provide information about global mobile performance marketing, app user acquisition, overseas advertising, media partnerships and related business solutions. Separate from those customer-facing services, Wenhey Marketing Insights is our internal business intelligence application for our self-operated products. It connects only to Google Ads accounts owned and operated by our company, retrieves official campaign and performance data through Google Ads API, and imports that data into our internal platform for BI analysis and internal reporting.

Wenhey Marketing Insights does not connect to, access, retrieve or analyze advertising accounts or data belonging to our customers, business partners or any other third party. It is not offered as a data retrieval service to others.

2. Internal Google Account Authorization

Only authorized company personnel may connect a company-controlled Google account to Wenhey Marketing Insights. The connected Google Ads accounts must be owned and operated by our company for our self-operated products. Customer, partner and other third-party accounts must not be connected. Access may be revoked at any time through the relevant Google Account settings; internal data synchronization and analysis features may stop working after access is revoked.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All text, logos, graphics, layout, trademarks and other content displayed on wenheymobi.com are the intellectual property of WenheyMobi.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially use any content from this website without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct

When accessing our website, you agree not to:

1. Use automated scripts, crawlers to mass scrape website data without authorization;
2. Launch attacks, inject malicious code, interfere with normal website operation;
3. Submit false, fraudulent, illegal or harmful information through contact forms;
4. Use the website for any activity violating applicable local laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WenheyMobi shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising out of your use of this website.
